Teaching Ratio 12:1
This course is suitable for people aged 16+ who work in low hazard environments [e.g. office or shop] or where guidelines indicate staff should hold a certificate in emergency first aid at work.
It gives learners the knowledge and skills to respond to different first aid emergency situations that could be encountered in the workplace.
Certification
Subject to the student successfully completing the course to the desired standards of competence a certificate will be issued stating that the candidate has completed a programme of training to desired standards previously set by the HSE.
Validity – 3 years
